I only had to wait a couple of minutes after I arrived for my appointment. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. They were gentle and careful they while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
