Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. If it's within office hours and not previously scheduled I always get the appointment time I want. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only did they have before-and-after pictures of smile makeovers lining the walls, but they made sure to show me pictures of cases that were similar to mine.
