The Bankhead - Rodabough staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. They have kid-friendly offices. With everything from games to magazines to TVs in the waiting room, kids find this a fun place to go -- though they won't wait long in the waiting room, their siblings will be entertained. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm thankful that there are discounts for family members also needing braces because we have 3 people in braces.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
