Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They called when my crown was not delivered to them in time for my apt. so I would not come in for the nothing. They strongly encurrage saving a tooth, even if you can't afford the procedures. They seem upset that you would consider extraction. I get the feeling they don't deal with a lot of low income people, so that is frustrating to me. It makes me feel like they don't care.or maybe just dont understand what its like not to have insurence or good insurance.
The staff is very nice and friendly. They don't ask a million questions when you can't answer them with your mouth open. They do work well with kids. Both my 8 and 11 year old had there first cavities done this month and were scarred. But both kids came out with smiles on there faces and no negative comments about the experience.
