They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.

My wife found this dentistry office... Showed up for my first visit... All I wanted and could fit into my budget was a simple cleaning... Refused to clean my teeth with out a full dental x-ray taken... I can understand that, as they want to start a file on me... However they show no flexibility what so ever... In my case I have considerable bone loss... (This is not new news to me) I also know that this will eventually mean dentures for me... But what enrages me about this practice is that they refused to clean my teeth... Because I said no to the deep cleaning (Scaling cleaning) I was told that if I didn't pay for the four quadrant scaling procedure that they would not clean my teeth... I myself will never return to this practice, and I will not let the rest of my family return... The High pressure squeeze as much money out of the patient and the scare you into more expensive procedures practice, is distasteful in my opinion...

The office wait was considerably quick, the office staff was nice and helpful... and they are more than happy to set you up with a payment plan... They have many forms of payment scheduling and assistance... Unfortunately, I am unable to review the actual quality for the Dentist nor the Hygienist... The practice (Birchwood Family Dentistry) refused to clean my teeth because I said "NO" to them... I was then shown to the front desk for payment of the x-rays, that i truly didn't want in the first place...

I personally rate this dentist as poor... If you are a rich person, and have good insurance for every high priced procedure, then you will rate this dentist far above poor...
