They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
