I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They showed me a 3D model of how my teeth should look after the braces, so I have a good idea of what the results will be. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

Drobocky Orthodontics have treated both my teenage kids and provided them with great, straight teeth and wonderful new smiles. They totally exceeded all my expectations! Their staff was just great, friendly and accommodating with sincere care for both kids. They went out of their way to answer questions, put the kids at ease, work with me on flexible scheduling and appointments. They treated us like family. They also handled all the insurance and allowed us to pay no-covered fees on easy monthly terms. Fun office, fun place for the kids. And Dr Drobocky was just great - funny but professional, and really cared about the treatment success for the kids. Highly recommend them to anyone that has kids or needing braces! You'll be very happy you did.
