They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
