They are so nice and helpful the first time you go in for a visit, but as soon as they have your money that changes quickly. So, I had to get a partial done. The day before my teeth were pulled I went in to get my temporary and it was just in a plastic bag with some water in it. Seriously, they didn't even give me a case, just a plastic bag. I spent around $3,000 for this partial and they couldn't even give me a case.

So, now its time to get my impressions and the lady put the tray in my mouth and it was incredibly to small. I told her that and she could not care less. She told me it would be fine with the alginate in there. It did not. The dentist put it in and pushed up. I literally cried and asked him to stop. He told me no. When I left I had a inch gash in my gum. Good times.

Then I go in to get my final partial and it does not fit at all and acctually hurts to have in my mouth. I'm sure that I am going to need a new one. So, I am ready for the battle it is going to be to get a partial that I paid so much for. Please don't go there, they don't care.

I went to Aspen Dental because I need an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. My dentist office does not offer that. The first time I went there, they were really nice, but my wait time was about 30 minutes. They didn't tell me that I needed to pay up-front wisdom teeth removal before I can even make an appointment. They also told me that my husband would be able to leave during and come back. Now, lets skip forward to the day I get my wisdom teeth removed. I had to wait 45 minutes before they called me back. The lady was pretty rude to my husband when he was getting ready to leave saying he couldn't leave because I was getting put to sleep for the procedure. I get back there to get my wisdom teeth removed and they were quick about that. The only thing that worries me is that I have no idea how I got my sweatshirt back on, how I got in our car. I didn't officially "wake up" until about 3/4 of the way home. I am pretty mad that they didn't let me "wake up" in their office to see how I was going to be. To me and my husband, we think it is just a business of get them in an out. I am mind-blown that they didn't try to take better care of me while I was waking up.
