Absolutely awful service. The entire office is Polish which is the only reason why most people go there; they get referred by Doctor Pajak (dentist) to get service in the polish language. Nobody there had any compassion. The surgery for wisdom tooth removal went fine however Dr. Bialy and her nurses have no heart. I was a difficult and sensitive patient, I was very afraid and she treated me like a child. She called me a baby multiple times and kept mentioning that I’m an adult and should act my age. She screamed at me to stop whining and told me she didn't want her other patients in the waiting room to hear and leave because of me. She cares more about running a business and making money then being a kind and ethical doctor. She made fun of me when I mentioned that I’m very sensitive to seeing blood. She told me that she has children as patients who are more brave then me. She belitted me the entire time. Terrible bed side manners, she shouldn’t be allowed to care for people. Hopefully this review will keep people from going there and getting treated like animals!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
