I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted.

Many times he has made appointments and been late, but that is just what dentists do, or at least the ones I have been to... Also, the office is a bit dated, but thats just personal opinion so take that with a grain of salt. They also always had a bill for me when I left, as in I would pay my $10 or $20 that they asked for at the office, but then a month later I would get a bill for like $5 or $10 for some reason, could never figure out why they couldn't figure that out up front.

Then today. My wife had made an appointment 6 months or so ago for her and our 3 kids, and although they have her number, they called me to confirm. I said ok, called her and told her that her appointment was today. She reminded me that we changed medical plans, and our dentist plan might be different, and called them to confirm. The lady at the desk said that they did not accept our new plan at all. So my wife cancelled the appts.

The doctor called her back 3 mins later, and screamed at her, he kept on about how we wasted his time, then called our family "a bunch of irresponsible, low-life idiots". She told me this, and I went straight to his office, and got there at 3:30 (my wife's appts were starting at 3:15). I asked to speak with the doctor, and said that he would have to explain to a man how cowardly his words to my wife were. The lady said that he was in the middle of a crown, and I would have to wait, I said ok.

From the back room he screamed "Tell him to leave now, and call the police". He then peaked his head (with a mask over his face) and screamed "you wasted hours of my time, leave here now!" I said back "How dare you speak to a women that way", "I guess you are not man enough to speak to me like that?" He was enraged, and screaming "call the police" over and over from the back room, so I left, and have now come on line to tell others of the experience.

All in all, the most un-professional experience I have ever seen from a doctor.
