They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

My first visit to Dr. M. Leland, he said something quite inappropriate to me. He said my hips needed to be replaced so I could start having "that social activity you obviously haven't done in a long time." I left, & cancelled my hip surgery the next day, feeling I was railroaded into it. I had seen the doctor, been to the surgery scheduler, & been set up for my surgery all in less than 30 minutes! And I had been sexually come on to! So, 1 1/2 years later, I can babrely walk, so I return to the doctor, hoping he will behave himself. He does...@ the start. He just can't keep his mouth shut though! As he leaves, he gets really close to me, and leans in, saying "We both know you're crazy, now, aren't you." I do have a diagnosis of bipolar I. That is NOT crazy, the last time I looked. He repeated this word, "Crazy" several times, until I stammered a "Yes", just to get him off of me. I cried as I left the building. I will not go back to this abusive man. It's a shame, as his nurse--Jill--is a gem.
