Recommended against surgery and talked down to me the whole visit. This guy can't identify an invasive tumor apparently. I had suspected chordoma, and he said it must be benign because it "does not appear to be invasive." Anyone who knows anything about chordoma, knows that if it's even POSSIBLE, it HAS to be ruled out, and that can only be done by surgery or a very specific kind of biopsy....also that ecchordosis physaliphora (which Payner claimed I had) and chordoma are very similar and mentioning one as a possibility means the other can't be ruled out until after surgery. Payner's belligerent deeds cost me 6 additional months of agony living with several debilitating symptoms, 30K in lost income, thousands in unnecessary medical debt after following his ridiculous plan of care, and all that time me and my family thought I was going to die. Thanks for nothing!

Dr. Payner gave my life back. For 15 years I suffered with extreme pain in my face, went thru all kinds of drugs, procedures with no relief. He operated on me in 2000????and I have been pain free since. If my trigeminal neuralgia was to come back I would be on the next plane to Indianapolis to see him.
