I called to make an appointment to have my wisdom teeth taken out and the receptionist had me schedule a consult. After waiting an hour in the waiting room I waited another 15 minutes in what was the most unorganized setting I've ever seen in a professional establishment. (There were even bugs crawling on the walls!) After my dentist (who was VERY RUDE) came to talk to me he asked why I was there, I said It was for a consult and he replied with "why?" I wanted to get up and walk out at that point. He made me feel VERY uncomfortable the entire time I talked to him and when he told his assistant to do anything he would have to repeat it 2 or 3 times because she was too busy staring into space to hear him. There was a (what I'm guessing) head boss walking around who would have to tell people repeated to do stuff like make copies or write out a referral for them to so anything. Then at the end when I was checking out I was waiting for a copy of my x-rays (another 15 minutes) the boss told the receptionist to call and make me an appt with another doctor (who would put me under for the surgery because they don't offer that option) to which she sighed in annoyance. After they were "closed" (it was only 3pm) she said in a nasty tone "well we tried, didn't we" like I made her call. I was never happier to leave a Dr's office as I was to leave that one!

I was surprised at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations . It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. The price was very reasonable and I will be using this office for all my future dental needs.

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to
