The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
