The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I received a warm welcome. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was really glad that I was able to meet and talk to the surgeon that would be performing my procedure, before my actual procedure. I felt a lot more comfortable going into surgery, knowing who the surgeon was and what they were like.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never been critical of my appearance, and always work hard to make me feel supported and encouraged. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
