The Dr left me in the middle of the exam for a long time, he said to take care of his little boy and I became very nervous. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment.The office was very untidy, files everywhere and a six pack of beer on the exam room table. My concerns were dismissed as unimportant and a photograph indicating an area of internal bleeding was ignored. I knew that this situation was important, but the Dr. would not look at it. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
