They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
