The office is clean, staff is friendly, I've been going there for 5 years. I had some issues with my gums receding and sensitivity so they recommended another doctor. It was a procedure that I'm glad i did and afterward realized I needed. Thumbs up to McCann and her office staff. Oh, we also got confused on appointment time and they were very accommodating to alternative times with no fees (due to the confusion).

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Absolutely, it was fantastic!

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
