We wrote a letter to the dentist explaining the confusion about the services we wanted (in June 2010 ) and the services we actually got. For Aflac insurance purposes, we were holding back on a few procedures, and only doing the necessary one at first. Instead the other procedures were done, and the most important procedure was not done. I followed up with a few phone calls, the detist Dr.Shu still never contacted us back as of May 2011. It was not a pleasant experience.

The rest of the staff, receptionist, etc very pleasant, very helpful and courteous.

Also, On the other hand Dr. Janton is fabulous, great work, very professional. I highly recommend him.

I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment.
