Front desk staff weren't super friendly or efficient and a bit casual for a professional office but not rude or difficult as other reviews suggest. Have to walk up flights of stairs to get to treatment area; not sure if there is an elevator..if you are handicapped you may wish to inquire! Hygenist was extremely professional and friendly and explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. Female dentist was friendly and I did not feel rushed at all but her foreign accent makes it a bit difficult to understand every word clearly. Had NO problem making an appointment which is a big plus for this office!
