This office was so unprofessional. I would not trust them with my medical concerns. One business, multiple locations and they cannot communicate. Nor can pass on a message or return your phone call. I had an appt at a different location and they didn't transfer my paper record, they have a digital record, so after waiting for an hour in the waiting an hour, they asked me to fill out new patient paperwork to see the doctor. All I wanted was a refill on my meds. They refused to call it in, nor would they just tell me what they were over the phone. Their office is never open and their seems to be no one who can provide my info. Bottom line, very unprofessional and lose your records and cannot communicate, go somewhere else for quality care

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
