They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
