Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. And they even offered the hot wax hand spa before settling into the dentist chair, which made it even nicer! I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I highly recommend Dr Birnbaum
