I had dental implants at this office, the care I received while having the work done was ok. Once the work was completed and the bill paid it was as if they no longer cared. My implants have failed on the left side of my mouth, Dr, Yaros even had made the comment that I would take the implants with me to my grave (no I'm not dead, as you can see)! I have seen my local dentist and they were kind enough to forward the x-rays they had taken to Aspenwood, I received a call that they had gotten the x-rays and they would make sure the dentist was made aware. I did not hear another word from this office. I would think twice if you are expecting good follow up care once all is said and done with!!!

I have been a patient at Aspenwood Dental for 4 years. My primary doctor is Dr. Zeppelin, but I have seen his partners Dr. Augustine and Yaros when he was out of the office. All three doctors are great. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Doctor Zeppelin made sure I knew how much it was going to cost before the work started. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
