They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Then after my appointment when I called back to discuss possible treatments depending on what the MRI he required may show (even though he could clearly see I had an impinged vertebra in my neck) he wouldn't even get on the phone to speak with me. This guy just doesn’t seem to care. Go somewhere else.
