They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
