I was surprised when Dr. Bravo-Campa dismissed my concerns as unimportant after I had waited more than an hour and a half to see him. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe he just concentrated on his checklist. I did not feel Dr. Bravo-Campa was providing good care. Wait time was way too long and the doctor acted like he was doing me a favor by seeing me. He seemed very arrogant. I have visited other doctors and know this is not the way patients should be treated. I will not be returning because I know other doctors who treat me the way I deserve to be treated.
