They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I felt very comfortable and TRUST Dr. Hernandez completely. I love that she spends time with you to answer any questions you may have. You aren't just another number at this office.
