They didn't explain my treatment's risks and benefits at all. I had absolutely no idea what to expect. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. My oncologist was shocked at the seeming incompetence of the mammogram results her office received.
