They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
