They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
