They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Whenever I need a question answered, I can always call them up and get it answered right away. It's so nice not having to drive all the way down there for an appointment every time I have a question. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I really appreciated how convenient their parking was. I found a great spot in the shade right away.
