Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I didn't feel safe at all in their care. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. It was really hard to get an appointment with them. I understand they're busy, but I wish they had been able to get me in sooner.

Richard Fischel was extremely unprofessional. However, because he was the only doctor in my area covered by my insurance I went ahead with surgery. It's been a nightmare ever since. The results were not what he described and 5 years later I still haven't healed.

This was the worst experience of my life, beware of this guy!
