I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. This was one of the most informative appointments I think I have ever had. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very educated about my condition. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
