Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad condition. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Doctor is very unprofessional,and will give you wrong diagnoses and incorrect dosage of drugs. Doesn't respond to phone calls and messages. Difficult to get a hold and ask questions.Provides no help.Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
