They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Whenever I make an appointment, I have to wait 30 minutes to more than 1 hour (on occasion) to see the doctor. I'm never confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Time with doctor is rushed, and doctor busily records in previous patient's chart as I sit waiting for him across his desk; then my chart is reviewed before I'm spoken to. This is the only doctor I know of that refuses to write my prescriptions for more than 3 months at a time. Staff needs to be treated with more respect. I noticed when I came in for my appointment here that the small rooms are not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility.
