Dr. Wilcosky is a great doctor; kind, compassionate, thoughtful and keeps up to date on all available options for treating complex pain. I went to Dr. Wilcosky as a "last resort" because I have chronic daily headaches that make it impossible for me to function. I was so miserable, I even considered suicide because the pain was so unrelentless - the pain was so bad that it made me vomit.; I couldn't see, or tolerate sound or light. I just wanted to be put out of my misery. Dr. Wilcosky immediately changed my meds and discussed several new options that I had never heard of before. I left the office with a sense of hope for the very 1st time in many years. He was immediately able to provide some relief from the pain, and while there isn't a cure, he definitely continues to come up with ways to alleviate the pain to get me some real relief - something no one else has been able to do for over ten years. Dr. Wilcosky is highly professional, his staff is great and he will find a way to make your pain more tolerable. He's truly an angel on earth!
