I have been going to this office for 4 years and still have never met the doctor. I understand wellness exams are done by the Nurse Practitioner but the doctor should at least introduce herself at some point. It makes a patient feel like she's only interested in the payment

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I would prefer to find a dr that will refill my scripts when they say they willinstead of making me call over and over again and wait for weeks at a time just to get some birth control. At first the dr was fine, but ever since her divorce, she has been really distant and unresponsive. It feels to me like she doesn't even care anymore.
