Tried an entire day to make an appointment but only got a recording. When the receptionist finally answered, the greeting was not particularly friendly. She sighed and sounded extremely irritated the entire time while making the appointment. Her questions were clipped, her answers monosyllabic. She told me I would see "Sophia" which made me wonder if this was a doctor at all. I inquired but the full name for the supposed doctor was not revealed. Although I had not been to that dermatologist before, I felt uncomfortable and not confident at all going there for treatment. I canceled the next day and made an appointment with another dermatologist where the phone was answered timely and courteously.

I WILL NOT return to this business ever again. They DO NOT CARE about their patients. I was completely out of my medication, and instead of them simply calling the phone number my insurance provided to give a preauthorization to release my medication to my pharmacy the doctor and his staff just kept saying that they will fax it and it takes 48 hours to do so.

If this is your policy about prescriptions, patients should be made aware of this to begin with. I have never had a doctors office take this long to preauthorize something in my life.

If you are too lazy to call a phone number for a patient that really needs their prescription then why should I keep coming to your office to give you my business and money? I will just find another office that doesn't take this long.

Also, before I started coming here I had a great dermatologist in MD, that found products that work for my skin issues. I just want to continue using those, because they work. Every time I came to this office the doctors where always trying to get me to switch products or sell me something they sold in their office. This is more evidence that they don't care. If you see that my skin is not having problems why are you trying to up sale other products to me? They only care about their bottom line. DON'T GO HERE!!!
