Cathy and her entire staff are extremely professional and friendly. They listen to your concerns and discuss options clearly, allowing you to make the best decision for yourself and your family. I've never had to wait for an appointment, and they're always accommodating with scheduling visits. I've even called to ask follow-up questions, and my call is always returned quickly, taking as much time as I need (very important for a first pregnancy and birth). Cathy "caught" our baby and even though there were unforeseen complications during labor, she helped us get through it calmly, culminating in a successful birth.
