I had a great experience with these guys.

First off, the painkilling treatment during the operation was absolutely perfect - to me it was like a light nap, with no pain or discomfort, and I was fairly lucid and cogent shortly after coming out. On top of that, post-op pain in my mouth was really minimal; with only 1 vicodin tablet shortly after getting home, I felt no pain in my mouth (besides from swelling the following day). I had to take no more vicodin tablets besides that. In fact on the day of the operation, before the swelling kicked in the following day, I really felt totally fine, and was able to get quite a bit of work done. Feeling in my jaw had come back within in a couple hours, and once I was able to eat and drink I was right as rain.

All told, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As warned, swelling kicked in full force on the following day, and got precipitously worse through next morning. Icing helped a lot initially, but at some point didn't do much.
