I feel like my appointment was pointless. I felt worse when I left. As soon as the doctor saw me he removed my belongings from hands and continued to tug and pull until he was able to snatch them from me. He never communicated why he was doing it,and never asked before touching my property. Once he snatched my things,he said "You'll get them when I am finished." I felt my personal space was violated & the rudeness shocked me. A simple form of communication from the doctor could have prevented me as a patient from feeling uncomfortable and full of anxiety once leaving the doctor's office. He was rude and was without merit to behave in this way. They were qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job for quite a while. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
