This was hands down the best care I have ever received. I dealt with 3 Doctors in the office. All of my needs were met in a very timely fashion. Within a month I had been evaluated, sent for tests, diagnosed, referred to the surgeon (Dr. Richards), re-evaluated, scheduled for surgery, and had surgery. (FYI this was NOT an emergent diagnosis). I was attended to by one of the doctors on a daily basis during my post-op stay in the hospital. This was hands down the best care I have ever received. Everyone was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable during my care. I felt extremely confident about my care. My hospital care at Harrisburg Hospital was also the best I have ever received, and I have had plenty of experience in PA, DE and NJ. I can't say enough good things about my experience,

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The office was easy enough to find. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Dr. Richards is the best. He answers your questions, and his sense of humor helps ! He is a great surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. I wish I could see him for Everything!
