Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Dr Dorsen found what other doctors told me was herniated disk, which it wasn't, he found what I had was a birth defect in my lower back that had gotten worse as I got older. He got me in and did the surgery on my back that needed to be done. He is an awesome doctor.
