Dr Lee summarily dismissed the distress, pain and anxiety being expressed. Patient was told "will probably never walk again' and then was dismissed.

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were.
