I had a fall in January 2012 and landed on my outstretched arm and injured my shoulder. Two weeks later I started having severe shoulder pain, which hasn’t let up for over a year. I had an MRI and Dr. Hill said I have a bone spur/slap lesion on my rotator cuff, which was most likely causing the pain. I had shoulder surgery in November to remove the bone spur. It is mid-February and I still have severe pain and I am concerned that it hasn’t healed properly. I have been doing daily physical therapy, using ice packs, taking pain meds, but don’t see any improvement. I have also tried prolotherapy and acupuncture, which have not helped either. I feel worse now than before surgery and I regret going through with it.
