The clinic office attendants are always polite, courteous, and efficient, which I really appreciate. The office waiting area has visitng "artists" who put on craft lessons for patients and their children, if interested, while they wait. I know I can bring my grandkids and have them engaged in constructive activity. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need, never complaining about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office is spacious and uncrowded,containing awall-mounted widescreen television which is always showing interesting community interest and scheduled events in Albuquerque. My waits have never been overly long, usually only a few minutes.
