AMAZING SURGEON!! He answered all my questions and spent a lot of time with me--if he ever runs late it's because he cares enough to stay and answer questions. All the nurses said they wouldn't have anyone but dr. Voss operate on them--I agree!!

I saw Dr. Voss five times. The front desk staff was rude, and wait times were always 45+ minutes. The waiting area was cramped. Voss was always unfamiliar with my case, unprepared for my visits, and uninterested in my progress. He recommends risky procedures with a near-zero % success rate. He physically examined me only twice, never getting to know me or my case. Voss does not explain things clearly, and he can’t say “I don’t know” to tough questions. He just fabricates a response. Voss also made contradictory statements to me about my condition. He does not encourage patient education; he believes anyone who sees him need go further for more. He can unexpectedly become physically and verbally aggressive, as he did with me on my final meeting with him. Overall, my experience with Voss has felt like a DANGEROUS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. My recommendation- SEEK A DOCTOR ELSEWHERE!
