The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options and was told that surgery was not an option because of my age and weight. (I'm not that old or big, really.) I left feeling very angry and frustrated. The staff is clearly not always that pleasant. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. If I had continued my treatment with Dr. Augustine, I'd still have to use a wheel chair. Do not use this doctor. I even went to another doctor within the JOI system and he was shocked at what Dr Augustine told me. Go somewhere else and get better care.
